Witajcie ! Zapraszam ponownie na warsztat w Poznaniu w dniach 21 – 22 listopada 2026r.
pt. Jak rezonować ze sobą i z innymi.
Rozmowy na granicy milczenia.

A Programme for Coaches, Counsellors, Therapists, HR Specialists, Leaders
&
All those who would like to grow and develop personally and professionally and enhance their relations with self, others, and whole systems
About this Programme:
This programme provides a unique space for personal and professional intervision to develop ‘super vision’. You will
- give time and space to what is truly emerging in your life and work
- reflect on, and open space, for key turning points in your lives and career
- tune into what is hiding in the background and trying to emerge with colleagues, clients, and those who are important in your life
- develop your capacity to read between the words you hear
- allow hearing and healing to happen naturally in your personal and professional relationships
- enliven the source of your own inner guidance, both for yourself and for accompanying others
Our Approach:
During these two days, we develop our capacity for reflective communication to better accompany both others and ourselves.
Sitting together, we hone our capacity to tune into what is happening silently within each one of us and within our shared field.
Our process may sometimes by seeded by short talks, but it is ripened by our capacity to listen to each other and to the space between us. We honour honesty and authenticity, and shared reflection, whether individually, in pairs, small groups, or the whole.
Our approach is holographic. Each person’s process mirrors and reflects what is happening in the whole.
And what happens in the whole reflects, and refracts, individual unfolding. Each person’s path is unique and sacrosanct yet stimulates and responds to the secret life of the greater whole.
Key Themes
- Silence as a power in itself: ‘Słowo jest ogień – milczenie jest lawa’ (‘A word is fire – silence is lava’(Norwid)
- Listening to, and from, the heart of silence
- Individual awareness and unfolding in and through the shared field
- Doing less and accomplishing more
- Five Keys to Living Awareness: ‘Being with’, ‘turning within’, ‘honing in’, ‘letting go’, and ‘coming home’
Facilitator, Peter Wrycza, PhD
Peter is an experienced international facilitator, trainer, master coach, professional supervisor, mentor, and meditation guide. His life is devoted to supporting deep transformation and awakening to ‘living awareness’ in individuals, groups, and communities
In his holistic approach, personal and professional development happens naturally when we align with ‘the Way of Unfolding’ – the connecting pattern running through nature, living systems, and our own lives.
Peter’s work reflects a unique synthesis of traditional Balinese wisdom and best Western practice. In his innovative career, Peter developed the process of Re•Patterning, at the core of his Deep Transformational Coaching method.
More recently, his work accompanying individuals and groups has ripened into the delightful and intuitive flow of what he calls ‘Conversations on the Edge of Silence’ and ‘Generative Dialogue’, in which transformative insight and action emerge naturally.
Peter is author of Living Awareness, and co-author of Moksha and Living in the Spirit with Luh Ketut Suryani. When Performance Meets Alignment written with Jan Ardui brings ‘the Way of Unfolding’ to the helping professions. Peter is currently completing a book about his journey with ‘innerdance’, in collaboration with its originator, Pi Villaraza.
Peter is the founder of the Nirarta Centre for Living Awareness in Bali – an inspiring location where he has been supporting change, learning, growth, and awakening for the past 27 years.
